This is a fold out oiling chart from the back page of the manual. The chart was too big to fit entirly on my scanner bed, so a bit of the top is missing and a bit of the bottom. The only information missing is that the hubcaps at the bottom pf the picture are marked "GM" for "Grease Monthly".
